Nolin lake is 10 minutes from the campground on the northern edge of the Mammoth Cave Park. Nolin is a 700 acre lake with a swimming beach, featuring 2 full service marinas with boat rentals, country store and a playground. For the fisherman lake offer great bass and crappie fishing.
Green River is located 5 minutes away from our camp and features great canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Green River park includes an 18-hole miniature golf course, hiking trails, a beach, picnic area, and a playground. The marina has a restaurant, boat slips, and rentals for different types of boats. Fore the fisherman lake abounds in bass, bluegill, catfish, and crappie.
Mammoth Cave National Park is a U.S. National Park and is considered the longest cave system known in the world. National Park Service offers several cave tours to visitors 365 days a year with over 21 different tours for all experience levels. Some notable features of the cave, such as Grand Avenue, Frozen Niagara, and Fat Man's Misery, can be seen on lighted tours ranging from one to six hours in length.
Blue Holler ATV park is 10 minutes away from our camp, and located at 3869 Nolin Dam Road in Mammoth Cave, KY. ATV camp over 1000+ acres of adventurous terrain for all types of ATV's and off road vehicles.
Cave City is only 20 minutes away from our camp and has lots of attraction for the kids and adults alike, including Guntown Mountain and Dinosaur World, 3 ziplines, over 14 eating establishments, over 50,000 square feet antique and craft shops. Various options for canoeing, hiking, biking, cultural attractions, vineyards, farmers markets and other outdoor activities.
The National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green is only 40 minutes away. Museum showcases the Chevrolet Corvette sports car that has been in production since 1953. Public tours of the assembly plant are offered year round Monday - Friday at 8:30am, 11:30am and 2pm Central Time.
